Compost Tea Canada™ is a company that specializes in producing a cheaper, environmentally friendly alternative to fertilizers, fungicides, and herbicides. Our unique formulas were developed by Kuntz Forestry Consulting Inc. (KFCI) as the result of 15 years of experience in the Urban Forestry sector realizing that urban soils lack the biology to sustain healthy plant life. As Foresters, Forest Ecologists and Certified Arborists, we understand the importance of soil health and the microbial interactions with roots of plants, shrubs and trees. We understand that urban soils are often severely compacted (engineered) and largely devoid of any microbial life and began prescribing compost tea to be applied to the root zones of trees that were in decline or proposed to be injured in construction projects. Compost Tea Canada was created to meet the needs of our clients in Southern Ontario and is focused on returning resources back to the earth to create a healthy soil biology, in turn a healthy planet.

Through our range of customized tea recipes, Compost Tea Canada is committed to helping you biologically enhance your plants from seed through maturity, achieve more drought tolerance and naturally suppress plant diseases. Our Soil Consultants are educated through Dr. Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School and have a vast knowledge of soil biology, compost, compost tea, and their beneficial relationships with vegetation & the environment. We are passionate about producing compost tea and eager to pass on our expertise and provide a personalized client experience to every customer.
